The stay was nice, I did clean the surfaces all over the room and I found very little dust and dirt! The beds were very comfortable. The only dislike was how dirty carpets were in the hallway and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The building common areas are very old and dated and most of the common areas smelled either musty or like old food. The room was updated but had a gross stain on the floor. The rest of the room was good. Check in was done via a video kiosk and was lacking. I have no idea who id talk to if there was an issue. The pool didn’t open till 9 and the hot tub wasn’t very hot. The free breakfast was good enough for free.

Staff was virtual. Room had its faults as any hotel room does. Shower was good and had hot water. Sink didnt drain. Fridge worked but had seen better days. Bed was comfortable but woke up to a few bites on my arm so may have had bedbugs. If it was closest to where I was and needed a room I'd probably stay again.

I do feel this cost too much for this little room you get. It’s nice, clean, not too quiet it’s more young adults here so that was my only thing( not really an issue) but if you don’t wanna see other kids …yk the rest

Staff was great , the hotel is not ! It’s a hangout spot for crackheads and it use to smell good but now it’s cigarettes smoke throughout the building the exterior security doors are broken so anyone can just walk in , the rooms lack TLC and overall not a safe place to stay in my opinion
