“We loved the 2 rooms we had here - a lot of amenities were provided in a small space. Communication and instructions for the late check in were excellent. Beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Great locations with lots of restaurants in the close vicinity.”

“The hotel was very clean food was good and staff were friendly and helpful”

“Lovely breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff. A minor issue with our room allocation was very speedily and professionally handled. Beautifully appointed bedroom. Very nice hotel and literally across thd road from the station.”

“We had a really nice 2 night stay, all of the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great and there were a few choices, we also ate there one evening and the food was delicious. The only downside was the bed was very low and not very comfortable for us but others might find it ok. There is also off road parking which is a bonus and it’s a 10/15 minute walk into Chester. Overall we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.”

“Stunning breakfast & staff always on hand providing 5* hospitality service”
