Good parking. Decent area but the hotel itself was unsavory. One bar of soap and not even an ice machine! Stains on walls, carpet, furniture falling apart… the place is a dump. AVOID

Staff was nice an check-in. Overall not a great property but it go the job done. There were a lot of vocal dogs near me. Bring your earplugs or play some white noise if you want to get some sleep.

I booked 2 rooms here, but on the day of our stay Expedia emailed me to say the hotel wouldn’t honor my reservations. Expedia worked hard to put us up elsewhere at the same price. The whole Chicago area hotels were booked up. That night Extended Stay America issued 2 charges to my credit card. I called them the next day but they denied doing so. I had to dispute the charges with my CC company. Would not book here again. Sad

First off, the carpet was old, worn and DIRTY. The furniture was old and very scratched up. Some furniture had the top sawn off on one side with no finish. The counter top was sawn off and unfinished, The curtain rod was bent an coming down on one side. There was no coffee maker. The amenities included a "Grab N' Go Breakfast". There was no such thing. The front desk was shuttered in the morning... office hours start at 9:00.

The hallway was a bit smelly. some littering outside. but other than that it was alright. good size room. shower was good. Oh and the card key kept on not working. i got locked out of my room a couple of times.

I had a wonderful stay, completely elevated by the outstanding service at the front desk. Martha made the booking and reservation process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lesly was also fantastic, securely holding my UPS packages so they were ready for me right when I arrived. It is so rare to find staff this attentive and helpful. Martha and Lesly truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this property!

The greeting staff was excellent, but there were technical issues with the entrance door. We had to go in to the room through another entrance from the building and I have issues walking and it was not good. Also, my room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator was out of order! 🫣☹️😬

The staff was very friendly. The gentleman went downstairs and got me new keys because mine was not working and he spotted me in the hallway, getting frustrated trying to open the door so he walked downstairs because the elevator was not working on this particular day besides the elevator being out of order and the third floor smelling like straight up marijuana. Everything was great.

Extended stay was one of my favorites but i had a few hang ups while there. My toilet didn't work when I arrived but i fixed that, my tv remote didn't work but Brenda at the front desk was nice enough to help with that, and i was doing a conference this weekend so i needed my suits and shirts to look nice and my room didn't have an ironing board and iron the front desk was close so i had to run to Walmart to buy a iron other than that wasn't bad.
