If the hotel is advertising they have a bar and food, they should have exactly that. The bartender is nice but he was overwhelmed and tried talking us out of order food and told us we had several options within walking distance. When we brought back food, the fridge wasn't working and all the food went to waste.

This was decent for a short stay. Unfortunately, the chromecast in our room wasn't working and after 20-30mins on hold for the reception, no one was able to pick up and had to go down there in person. Room itself was nice.

Property was clean and comfortable beds. Only thing is “ the do not disturb sign” was up but cleaning service try to open the door and go in anyway. It felt like an invasion of privacy.

Beautiful property outside and in, modern lobby with plenty of places to lounge. Room was large and seemed brand new. Really enjoyed the large shower and cozy, cozy bed. I am a frequent member of Hilton but would stay here again easily. Only negative is our plane landed at 10 pm and that is when their shuttle stops service in the evening. So, we had to get a taxi. Used a taxi because they were already there.

You shouldn’t have charged parking fee. Otherwise all is good. Very clean and good condition.

We appreciate your staying with us and your feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn't offer free parking because of the city of Rosemont charges higher taxes, same for the state and county. In general, all the hotels at O'Hare Charges for the parking. Some even charges 30 per night.

Good but basic facility and amenities. It's in a desolate area overlooking a freeway with low flying jets just above. The staff are awesome: friendly and capable.
