"The hotel was great up until we heard hammering on the floor that we were on. Getting to the hotel at 12am and getting woke up at 7am to banging is not cool. The management acted like they didn’t know construction was going on."

"This is the first review I have ever left that I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I travel to Chattanooga frequently and have always stayed at hotels on the outskirts of Chattanooga. Drury was actually recommended by a friend, and I will say that this is the only place I will ever stay in Chattanooga again. It is one of the more expensive places to stay but it is worth the extra few dollars. Their evening dinner appetizers and drinks which are complimentary are not just good, but fantastic. Don't skimp. Stay here. You will not regret it."

"Obtained a handicap room for an 80-year-old traveler, the bathroom did not have a walk-in shower, it had a 28' step over tub for which she could not use. Absolutely a joke. The fire door to the second-floor steps was left open after repeated attempts to tell them it needs to be closed. It's a fire door. to stop the fire from leaving the floor. The back door requiring a card to enter would not shut automatically, this another security breach."

"Room was not clean. The sheets and blankets had stains in multiple places on them. The floor was definitely not clean, and dirt on the walls. Shower was not the cleanest along with the floor in there. Room also smelt super musty. The only reason it wasn’t fully a zero was because the person working the front desk was super nice and changed us to a non smoking room. And the breakfast was good!"

"Always stay here. Halfway between home in Florida and our daughter in Cincinnati. Good people. clean rooms. Decent breakfast. One complaint, Holiday Inn decided we didn't want or need a coffee maker in the room. Very disappointing. One other note. There is everything you need at this exit. Walmart close by, McDonalds, liquor store, restaurants, car washes and more."
