Lobby clerk initially put us in a room next to ice & vending. I went back & new clerk put us in a nice room on 3rd floor. Furnishings are basic, low budget feel, but pretty clean. Breakfast was good with hot, cold & gluten free options for me. Not sure yet if I was charged extra for parking & breakfast, but it is showing up on our bill. If so, I will be upset as those extra charges were not discussed by Hotels.com nor by Holiday Inn Express at check in.

After just spending a week in other hotels for a family vacation , we opted to stop on our way home. This hotel was super clean, excellent staff and the best room of our trip with comfortable beds. The only criticism is that the hot tub was out of servive and the pool seemed dirty. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you!
