"Old hotel and so many foreign tourists in groups, and the lobby was a mess. check in process took so long because there were only one or two receptionist. The air conditioner was not working well but they gave us a fan which was helpful, too bad they do no have a room service. Some of the front desk personnel provide a great service but others were not, so I do not know if i want to stay again"
