The rooms and building are beautifully furnished and there is access to the river just a few feet away from the property with the most stunning views. "This hotel is stunning. The staff were so helpful upon check in and also in advance. We managed to organize horse riding with The Massif even though we only had the one night there. They had a free seafood dish on offer which was yummy and we also dined in the restaurant, food was excellent. Breakfast buffet is definitely the best we’ve had in Chile. Views are unmatched, the extra large windows make the most of this. Rooms were incredibly clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the added bonus of the sauna and swimming pool. Really cant complain! It’s was a fabulous stay for our last night in Torres Del Paine! "

"Everything I needed - I stayed here for two nights before and two nights after hiking the O Circuit in Torres del Paine. They were able to hold my luggage while I completed the hike, and during my stays provided a generous breakfast great for a day of hiking or sightseeing. They were also able to provide boxed breakfasts to accommodate the early morning pickups for several day tours. The property is simple, but very clean, comfortable, and convenient to town shops and the bus station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - would definitely recommend."

"Room was OK for the price, bathroom door was damaged but they fixed quickly. Restaurant was very good. Continental breakfast was not. The gym was OK but not all the machines were working. Location was perfect, just 3 minutes walk to main square and 5 minutes walk from restaurants. Walk 2 more minutes and you get to the port area. Also for your covenience there is a machine to refill your bottle of water in on the second floor near the reception."
