“El desayuno era simple pero bastante rico y saludable, te dejaban las cosas el día antes ya que eran frutas, yogurt con granola y pan con jalea, pero hay una cocina donde te puedes hacer huevos. De las mejores estadías en las que me he quedado, aseado, tranquilo y un ambiente tranquilo..”

“Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. ”

“El cuarto mejor imposible excelente vista la calefaccion mejor imposible baño de calidad hace falta un poco de comodidades como hervidor refrigerador pero no era impedimiento para salir impresionado del hotel. Lo unico malo y lo que no me gusto era que se escucha todo lo de la pieza de alado falta un poco de privacidad. Seria ideal que hicieran algo para los sonidos de las habitaciones de alado... restaurant llegamos el primer dia la cena que no era a la carta estaba mucho mejor que el 2do dia...

“My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.”

“The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location”

“Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht. Die Superior Zimmer sind in einem separaten Gebaeude untergebracht und haben einen super Blick auf den Lago Grey und die Berge. Meine Empfehlung, um die tolle Lage des Hotels rundum geniessen zu koennen. Die Sauberkeit ist top, sehr gute Dusche.”
