It was difficult to get into the first main door. I spent probably 15 minutes trying my code over and over while getting attacked by bugs. Finally another guest let me in. Trying to contact the property for help was difficult. Room was a room. Nothing spectacular, it served it's purpose. At least the shower was decent. Next time I'll pay extra money for a slightly better hotel. I stayed 2 nights and took everything out of the room the second night just in case I couldn't get back in. That's how worried I was about the main door code not working.
I booked three nights with a wife that’s handicapped not realizing how small the bathrooms was. I called the next morning asking for a response and to get my money back and cancel the last two nights and nobody would return a call to this day. They still haven’t. It was a horrible experience. I did not stay the last two days and so far I have my money has not been refunded. I would not volunteer anyone to stay there. You can’t say there’s a staff cause there’s no staff you cannot receive a phone call or anything and they do not return your questions.
Their check-in requirement only lasts 2 hours. Because I couldn't check-in between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM the staff put a lock box on the door to my room. However, the combination didn't work so I was locked out. I called there off-hours phone line 7 times going up to midnight. I never received a call back so I ended up sleeping in my car. It has been 7 days since I was locked out and I still haven't received a response from them.
The room was incredibly clean. Well appointed for my purpose. Only item of note to light sleepers is that it is fairly close to the train tracks that run through Circleville. As a result between midnight and 7 a.m., it felt like there was a train that went through every 2 hours. Of course when they go through town not only do they just go through town but they sound their whistles so sleep is pretty broken up unless you're a very sound sleeper or have noise cancelling headphones.
