“I usually don't do reviews but the unfriendly guy at the front made me do so. It was my worst experience out of all Holiday Inn Expresses. The room was not clean having hairs on towels when we entered the room. I asked for housekeeping both at the unfriendly counter and by a voice message at the housekeeping number but wasn't done the next day.
