"We had the great pleasure of staying at Gatlinburg Town Square for our first trip ever to beautiful Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Our accommodations were excellent and they resembled a condo type setting fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area with a table for 6, a living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, a bedroom with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi for two with jets, a stackable washer/dryer, a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. Along with all these things mentioned, there was everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable the accommodations were. The bed linens and towels were crisp, white, spotless and comfortable. There was a beautiful indoor pool which we didn’t have time to go in but it was very nice. The location of the resort was perfect because it was in walking distance to Parkway which is the main street for activities, restaurants, clubs, shows, attractions, etc. There was a free trolly pick up and drop off right outside of our building. The free parking was enclosed, spotless and safe with an elevator leading up to the various floors perfect for those with wheelchairs, strollers or those who have trouble with stairs. As we stated before, this was our first time to Gatlinburg and we were so amazed at the fabulously fun time and the breathtaking views everywhere we went. While there, we ventured up to the Skybridge which is a must. Can’t wait to return!!! Enjoy!"

"Nice, secluded facility 1000' above Gatlinburg!!! The views from our room, especially at night, we're fantastic! Don't plan on spending any time on your rooms balcony.. Very small, with no chairs, a high solid wall, and lots ofittlw harmless, but annoying, bugs. Also be aware of the bear warning signs....if you leave food in you vehicle, the bears have been known to break in!! One last thing.. Very easy the the National Park, but if you want to avoid long traffic lines, you need to be in the park shortly after sunrise, at least during leaf peeping season. "

"Service and location were great. Short walk to the main drag. Only issue was noisy room. Walls are thin, we kept hearing noise all night, so little sleep. Other than noise issue it was good. "
