"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "This was a great last minute booking find online that I had made myself because of the poorly designated hotel reservation & services made by a local Philippine travel agency named “Fully Booked”. That travel agency made reservations to a hotel named “Sky Garden” that was malodorous, beds/rooms were dusty, construction was going on across the street, even lobby looked dirty. What a scam! Beware of this travel agency that makes you do the work they are supposed to do and no refunds even offered. I’m grateful that Fernvale Leisure Club had a room that was available and provided wonderful free breakfast and free airport shuttle transport. Staff was highly customer-service oriented & responsive. Great pool area and garden landscape. Location is away from the noise of downtown area and has a gated security."

"Our stay at Bacau Bay was wonderful! The property was beautiful with great facilities and the staff were so nice and helpful. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in their beautiful pool and ordering poolside food and drinks. It’s also a short tuktuk ride into town, which the hotel staff were easily able to help call for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent many more there. "

"The rooms were beautiful and clean. The property was well kept and had a stunning pool. The hotel staff were amazing. Food was delicious, we loved the included breakfast. The staff were super friendly, organized, helped us book transportation on our check out day! They suggested some good boat tours for the area. All amazing! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
