"Good value for money. Lovely room and good location "

"Good location, nice building on the outside. And good facilities. That said the furniture in the rooms not in good condition, the water pressure in the shower is very poor and the sound insulation not great - so noisy in the hallway throughout the night. Bed and mattress pretty uncomfortable and definitely in need of replacement. Additionally - why provide a “studio” space with a kitchen and not provide any crockery / dishes / cutlery?! Very random (and a bit annoying!) Would stay again simply for the convenience - but I would expect better in future."

"Room very clean and great amenities. Breakfast was quite basic but okay and plenty of it. Staff was very helpful and nice. Traffic noise can be high as the hotel is close to a busy road."

"Staff is fantastic to work with, and good flexibility for choosing how often your room is fully cleaned during your stay (can be less for conservation purposes or when not needed, or every day if you want without special request). I do think one improvement needed is safes in the guest rooms. "

"We stay are this hotel for 5 days. The place was very dirty. We walked into blood on the toilet seat. Poo stains on the toliet bowl. Washroom sink hole was grungy and had a smell. The top of the tap was literally so disgusting. And the room seemed like it had mold. We kept coughing so much and the air was so dry. The room walls looked like it was falling apart in the bottom. It seems like the cleaners stole our stuff or threw it out but a lot of our stuff were missing when we got back from our day. Every time they clean our rooms we are missing towels. Having a toddler and constantly asking for towels is so stressful. For a room that costs $1300 plus I would’ve expected more ! Overall, the convince of the hotel was good( location)."

"Stayed just for one night as part of a birthday trip for my daughter. Wanted to stay somewhere a little more interesting than the usual chain hotels and this absolutely fitted the bill. Spacious room, comfortable beds and no noise from other rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good with lovely views across the dock towards the O2. Would definitely stay here again."
