"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price I paid and my status as a Hilton Honors member. The parking garage felt very old, poorly maintained, and unsafe. Unfortunately, that same concern continued with the elevators. When I checked in and used the elevator to reach the 13th floor, it felt unreliable and concerning. Upon entering room 1301, it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking. The bed appeared to have been quickly made without proper cleaning. The bathroom was unacceptable—the tub had visible dirt, and there was hair around the toilet. Additionally, the box spring cover was partially hanging off, which made the room feel neglected. The windows were also extremely dirty, making it difficult to enjoy the view. Left side lamp had a completely broken lightbulb with wires handing out. To make matters worse, the ice machine on the 13th floor was broken. When I tried calling the concierge, no one answered until I selected the care line. I was then told I would need to go to another floor for ice, as they do not deliver it. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or service. It was particularly disappointing given the cost and my loyalty status."
