"The shower in our bathroom was dirty. The drain was filled with dirt. The rest of the room was satisfactory. The staff informed me that I had to sign a waiver and I would not be allowed to have guests in my room. This was very unfortunate due to the fact I only booked the room so my son could celebrate his birthday with his friends. He’s just turning 9. I would have appreciated being told that when I originally made the reservation."

"Their breakfast is great. The room was large and comfortable. It did have a broken cupboard handle and could have used a deeper cleaning (especially the shower). Pool was nice, but we would love to see them add a hot tub. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall would stay there again if traveling to the area."

"The property in general is visibly unattractive and appears to be deteriorating. The driveway/ parking lot Has potholes large enough to potentially cause damage. Our room 412 was unclean, light above sink flickered and would go off for long period of time. The gfi outlet at the sink did not work, bed was terrible. We arrived in the dark about 9pm after a long flight. Had we seen this pkace in the daytime we would not have even stopped to inquire. We hadbooked 5 days online and they refused to refund any days we didn't stay. We forfeited 3 nights we ore oaid for. This place sucks!! We moved to the Quality Inn right next door...10 times nicer, cleaner and much more accommodating. I cannot recommend this Roadway Inn, in Auburn Hills to anyone. "
