Quick service at front desk check-in fast easy very welcome in , great job in recommending places for our dinner.The room was ok clean and comfortable . Everything was perfect your money’s worth ,breakfast in the morning at the hotel was more than we expected very good and great coffee .

Room was clean and spacious. Was not able to get a room large enough with handicap accessible shower. Wanted an indoor pool to relax in after 10 hour drive which was one of the reasons to book this room. Pool was not heated and too cold to use.

The hotel overall was good but the tub had stains and sheets were washed but also had stains. Sheets also were not changed as it mentions house keeping is done daily. Pool was a decent size. Staff was great and snack bar had some good options as well. I would come back and stay.

I feel bad leaving this review. It’s not a reflection on the staff. Everyone staff member encountered was wonderful. The hotel was not. Our room had a bad smell to it, the top comforter on the bed was dirty, the bathtub was visibly stained blackish grey with an open crack in the bottom of the tub. The over all room was old and very warn out, and clean, the tile flooring was sticky.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was wonderful. My only issue is with the ADA chair at the pool and not being functional. I had two adult sons who are very much looking forward to swimming and they couldn’t because there was no way to get in and out of the pool. I hope you take the time to fix it very soon because it is very important to a small population of people like me.

The staff were very polite and the property seemed clean for the most part. However, the pool was frigid, so much so that we couldn't even stay in it. The bed was basically concrete in a sheet. It was the most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had. The 'buffet' breakfast was basically continental+, It had the staples of cereal, bagels, bread, etc. There was waffle makers that you just do yourself and that was good but the other stuff was sad. They had egg patties, sausage patties, and diced potatoes; none of it even remotely good. We couldn't even eat it. Overall, this was the WORST hotel stay I have EVER stayed in. I would give it no stars if I could. The sad part is, it was nothing to do with the staff themselves, just a horrible property.

Older property could use a little TLC. All amenities were functional. Chief disappointment a was having to ask for sufficient linens for room as well as pool. Breakfast was pre-formed egg patties and grayish sausage links, slightly watery coffee.
