loved my stay here, the staff was super friendly. However after I left I realized I had lost my granddaddy’s wallet and the only place I couldn’t check (as being I’m from the west side of the mitten) was my hotel room. I called and the first woman was going to check and I never received a call back after that. I then called and asked if they had any idea what was happening and the staff member informed me that the shift I’d been speaking to left and didn’t inform her of anything. I said I’d call back tomorrow. Well I then thought about maybe a lost and found, but when I called and I started with “I’m sorry for calling again” and the woman was obviously annoyed with me. I just hung up and plan to call tomorrow with the other shift, I’d rather not be made to feel stupid over an already VERY upsetting situation. If it was your granddaddy’s wallet you’d be concerned too. I’m just trying to locate my things. Hopefully they find it:/

This hotel is much older and has not been updated. The staff was wonderful, but there were not enough of them for guests' needs. For a class reunion, there was only one bartender. Much later, more came. In the morning, one chef was unable to come, so breakfast was later. The food, however, was quite good for dinner and breakfast. We really liked that all rooms were suites with ample room and two tvs. All of the rooms in the suite could be closed off from the other rooms.

The room was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was above any other hotel breakfast. The only issue was a kids birthday party and the staff weren't able to keep up on the food to accommodate everyone even though there were not many other guest in the hotel.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing, my girl Lisa at the front desk quite as it matters but it’s helpful as a giant I really appreciate her. Management and All Staff make sure that all the accommodations were met with more accordingly with above me I want to make sure me and my guest were secure greatly appreciate it.
