โStaff went out of their way in what could have been seen as a common request! Thought because the Hotel was so luxurious that we might seem not so. However, it turned out so different they were accommodating to even the smallest need.โ
โWe needed to break our drive to Paris and we were so lucky to find this authentic country hotel outside of Moulins. It has a charming eclectic decor and lovely owners. We had a good evening meal and breakfast and a comfortable nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. โ

The staff were brilliant, especially Head Waitor Luc who was charming, interesting and very helpful. The village with its castle is very run down with a large derelict hospital, numerous closed hotels and empty shops, but still worth a visit as a stop over.โ

Lโaccueil a รฉtรฉ chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel attentif et souriant. Nous avons eu la chance dโรชtre surclassรฉs, et la chambre รฉtait tout simplement superbe : spacieuse, รฉlรฉgamment dรฉcorรฉe et parfaitement รฉquipรฉe. Un grand merci ร toute lโรฉquipe pour la qualitรฉ du service et cette belle expรฉrience. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hรฉsiter !โ
โUne trรจs courte halte qui s'est rรฉvรฉlรฉe parfaite. Du calme, un parking, une chambre agrรฉable avec une bonne literie et surtout des hรดtes trรจs accueillants. Nous y retournerons.โ
โNotre rรฉservation a รฉtรฉ refusรฉe par la gรฉrante contestant le prix de la chambre alors que nouss , nous avions bien reรงu une confirmation de reservation et un reรงu. Les negociations ont durรฉ 1h10, impossible d'avoir de l'aide via le service client qui ne traite que par chat, nous avons perdu patience ayant roulรฉ toute la journee, il faisait plus de 30ยฐ ce jour lร .
Finalement on nous a attribuรฉ une chambre. Nous dรฉplorons cet incident qui nous a gรขchรฉ la soirรฉe et le manque d'aide du service...
โRomantische Anlage mit schรถnem Garten und freundlicher Bedienung. Wunderbares Nachtessen und Frรผhstรผck von der Chefin persรถnlich zubereitet. Wir haben einen Etappenstop gemacht, werden aber wahrscheinlich auch mal fรผr ein paar Tage dorthin kommen.โ
