"This hotel is barely passable. The staff was not very friendly or helpful with maybe one exception. The property was very dated and needs an update very badly. Our shower did not drain until I asked them about it again our third day when they finally did fix it. Room service occurs only every third day. The room cleaning was adequate but not thorough. For example the beds were clean and the towels were fresh, however the vent in the bathroom, the tops of all the shelves, and parts of the floor were not. We also found two small roaches in our room during our stay. Our balcony door was also pretty stuck and took a lot of effort to open. There was also a lot of road noise during the day and the AC unit squeaked a lot. The gym was pretty good but not for a high quality Hotel."
