"This is our second time staying at this particular hotel. Even though we only stayed one night and didn't stay long do to being at kings Island all day and checking in late. We did enjoy our stay. We all slept very well and the breakfast the next morning really hit the spot before we had to make the journey home. The staff was very pleasant and helped us with whatever we needed."

"Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage lady not sure if I would be back there 8-22-26"

"This is an older property so there are a few imperfections HOWEVER the rooms are very clean, the property was clean and maintained, the pool area was great and the staff are very friendly. Anything we needed they were accommodating. The close proximity to Kings Island was a bonus and we were able to relax in the pool area and watch the fireworks and drone show. We would definitely come back."

"The front desk on arrival was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was maintained well and clean. The carpets in the room unfortunately had a dampness to them which made them uncomfortable to walk on barefoot or with socks. But aside from this small thing would surely recommend a stay for individuals, business travelers and families alike."
