"The bathroom in my room was never cleaned, the breakfast was nothing special & there was no one available to check me out. I was told by a cleaning person to just leave my room card at the front desk. However, the staff I met were pleasant & the bedroom part of my room was clean. "

"It has been a while since I last stayed at a Best Western and I did not always remember them being the most clean, but this one was pretty nice and clean. The only issue was there were fire alarms the first and last night (@147am & 12am). The first was an actual issue, but the communication on when we could go back to our rooms was unclear. I am not sure why there was not some sort of an intercom update. Then on my last night the alarm then went off at midnight, three times. When I went down to the front desk I was told it was a false alarm. Again maybe something that could have been told through an intercom. When I asked if this would be the last one I was told "I cannot guarentee it". Just need some better communications. "

"Needs some upgrades. Staff was friendly and it is a convenient location to airport. Elevators were not working and the Kureg in my room did not work."

"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They put me in a room that was not prepared. Moved me to another room that was already reserved for somebody else then moved me again to another room where the TV wasn’t working the phone wasn’t working and somebody had to come fix everything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had."

"The hotel had no power during our stay! No generators! It was terrible! "

"This is one of those places that gives you the full kitchen but you have to like sign out for dishes and stuff like it's a library. So if you want anything in your room to actually use the kitchen you have to ask for it and sign it out. The kitchen itself was okay the main burner on the stove doesn't work but they hardly ever do in these type places the other burners did work. The hotel lost power and told me they would not get power back for at least 2 days so I had to change hotels and all my food was gone bad. It's also quite a ways away from downtown if that's where you are doing business. Staff was nice though..."

"We arrived with a power outage. The staff did the best they could. When the power did finally come on the next day, it wasn’t the cleanest. In addition, they are having payment issues with Expedia. Overall, the staff was kind. "
