โAll staff members were exceptional, this property was clean, safe, and great washing machine and dryer. Easy area to locate places to eat and shop. The best part of my trip. I will continue to stay here โ

Rooms are standard issue Comfort Inn but generally well-maintained and quiet. Breakfast consistently good in terms of quality and variety. โ
โThis is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. โ

The continental breakfast didn't have many options, but that's not a deal breaker.
The place is conveniently located to a major highway, and it was very well maintained and cleaned. Bed was comfortable.

โThe staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay for parking while gone on our trip, thought it would be a nice gesture to be free since we paid that much to stay there. โCheck in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids had a great time in it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and the area was clean. Bathrooms in the lobby were spacious, clean and had feminine supplies if needed. โ
"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
