โI first stayed at this hotel back in July, 2025 simply because of it's convenience. It was clean and the morning breakfast was delicious.
I had to return to Rochester in September, 2025 and didn't even bother looking for another hotel due to the amazing staff!!
The front desk lady "Miss Chardonnay" was always there to greet me with her amazing personality and warmth...and she is the main reason I will be returning to this same hotel later this year as well!

โEasy Check in and courtesy staff. One Outstanding thing I want to mention . Is that when we left and were already over 2 hrs away my wife realized she left 2 items in the lobby area that were valuable and important to her. We called and they secured the items and set them aside to be picked up by one of our friends and everything was intact when they arrived.
Staff needs to be commended for their honesty and courtesy which is very rare these days. Needless to say we will stay again and...
โVery clean, quiet, and comfortable. Itโs a two star but you feel like theyโre working nothing to three. Friendly, accommodating check-in , my room was on the small side but super comfortable and everything worked great including wifi. Lots of fast food options and a liquor store and a bar within a half mile or less. Easy access to the highway. Perfect spot for a through traveler. โ
โThe first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room does not drain the sink. Although the bed frame is made of steel, the sound of breaking can be heard even with a slight movement, so it made me nervous. Finally, at 2 AM, I was waked up due to the loud noises from the next room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It was disappointing for the price.โ
