"Staff were very friendly. The room was clean; only thing lacking was the empty shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall. There was a lot of options for breakfast: 4 different flavored waffle mixes, cereal, hot breakfast options, juice options, muffins, toast, etc. "

"Ok for a quick stay overnight, on and off the freeway quickly. But they have major electrical issues. Lights and TV flicker on and off, especially as more people begin to use later in the day. And, the bedside metal lamp gave me a very strong shock. I told the front desk who blamed it all on nearby Spectrum work (?)."

"We had such an issue with towels. Day 1, had to ask 4 times to get towels. Finally, by around 7pm, we got some. Next day, we only had to ask twice but same scenario. We had a clogged toilet as well on the first night."

"The bathrooms are incredibly outdated and shower head was broken. It flooded our bathroom. Staff brought towels immediately to aide. 😊 Bathroom also was out of the complimentary body wash and other things. I would simply expect more of a courtyard."
