"Gorgeous little boutique hotel in the heart of the Gothic quarter. A little tricky to get to of you have bags, but once you're there you're in for a delight. Beautiful decor and possibly the best service we've ever had at a hotel. The room was also gorgeous, but on the small side, but that's usually what you should expect in great locations in old European cities. "

"It is not 5 star hotel. 4 stars Max. Nice hotel but limited with amenities.. we had to ask for toothbrushes twice and received none. Limited option to cosmetic kits (almost none). Hotel does not replenish supplies.. so if you used shower cap once, it will be gone next day and good luck having a replacement ( remember no toothbrushes, no extra shower cap… hold on to what you got). Hide them. Limited amount of towels as well- 2 only. My face towel for second night was gone as well, no replacement...

"Service was second to non from check-in to check-out. Restaurant and breakfast service staff made it a great way to start and end the day! Our only disappointment was that we didn't have any chairs to sit on in our room, but we didn't spend a lot of time there either! Great place and location with the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel! "
