โMy stay was amazing. The pool, the rooms amazing staff, the food. Everything about grand a view is great. It speaks for itself. Very beautiful views from Its location. I stay there every time I visit Montego Bay. โ

The hotel staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
I loved the beach across the street.
Restaurant suggestion: have a printed ( instead of verbal ) menu. โ

โThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. โ
โI did like the treatment of the staff to the guests l like how they were neatly dressed in their uniform. I also like the different types of food they prepared.
The music in the restaurant was boring after listening to the same voice for every meal. I thought Jamaica had more recording artists. I grew up on more than one.

โEveryone had the best time here for my 30th birthday. Great quality food and staff that went above and beyond to make our vacation special. Having access to Secrets took everything up a notch. There were minor issues with the room but the staff made sure they were addressed as soon as possible. I'll definitely be back! โ
โWe had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpfulโwe had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. โ
โIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. โ
โThe property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. โ
