"First time at the Alexandra hotel but won’t be our last, very nice receptionist who gave us a lovely spacious loch view room, thank you Elaine , excellent onsite Bistro which we tried, good food and value, location could not be better being right in the middle of town, breakfast was the best we had on our 4 night in different hotels Highland trip, great choice and quality, had a pleasant comfortable stay on our last night before heading south. "The owner Paul is so friendly and helpful really made our stay very welcoming. The chalets are right next to a spar (shop) open late too. Parking was easy and right outside our chalet! The chalet we originally booked had someone in it but Paul upgraded us to the bigger chalet that was so clean and really warm after a long day travelling and spending a day in the rain! We loved the chalet and Paul and we will return again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for making our holiday a great one! "

"Minimal but beautifully decorated and large room with great view. Continental breakfast included which we greatly appreciated. Easy check in and checkout process. They even thought of earplugs if you need it. One of my stays in Scotland so far. Truly felt like home away from home."
