“First impression was the parking lot; it is rough and very uneven. We arrived at dark and there was one other person waiting to check in at the time, but no one was at the desk. “Good hotel for the price. I liked the refrigerator with the freezer. I was able to refreeze my ice blocks for my cooler. very spacious. good parking, close to the room I was in. good guest services.”

“The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Hill is going through a renovation. With that being said, the hotel was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. “The only issue I have is that the tv volumes don’t go lower than 11. So no matter what you’re watching, it’s always too loud! And it’s every room as we’ve stayed here a few times. ”

I had to strip the sheet off our own bed just to make up the sofa for the boys. There were also no extra pillows or blankets, and the towels were barely enough for two people... All in all, it’s a good thing we were only staying for one night! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.”

When I tried to check out, they told me that the room I stayed in was not under my name, and she could not give me my $100 incidental fee back, until they did some more research. Scheduling loud music parties until midnight and not even having the room I stayed in under my own name, is certainly bad...
