“We really like this hotel and have stayed there a number of times. My only complaint: there is a smell in the lobby that is like sewage. I mentioned this to staff. One said others have mentioned it. Thank god our room didn’t the smell. I was in town for a party for my mom and I told friends to stay there. They too said “why is there a sewer odor?” Corporate has got to address this!!!”

I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them.
