“We came down to attend a wedding and took in some of the tourists attractions nearby. The cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean, inviting and comfortable. We loved the private location and wooded area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely stay again. ”

“There was only one chair in a room that was overpriced for the furnishings. The toilet paper was industrial quality on a spindle that did NOT roll.”

“Have stayed at this property several times. Staff was friendly and accomadating!”

“Great location. Walkable to everything. The bed, pillows and sheets were super comfortable which was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay here again!”

“I was incredibly disappointed with this stay. I asked very specifically for a wheelchair accessible room and was given a room that my elderly mother could not take a bath in because it was not accessible. I asked specifically about the height of the bed so that I would know that my elderly mother could get into and out of the bed without a problem. I was told that it was a specific height and it was not. While the staff did try to fix these issues, truly the only thing they did was give me a lot...

“We loved the location of the resort. It is important that we find places that are pet friendly and have places that allow getting out with your pet. We were very pleased with Dahlonega for this. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small with limited counter space but that is to be expected with old style rooms. We were there during the week and unfortunately unable to sample meals. A special thank you to Candace who happened by to open the gift shop so we could purchase wine...

“The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery.”

“The staff was excellent. The room was good. The property was easy in and out of however the continental breakfast if you have any food allergies, verify before you book, they had nothing for gluten-free.”

“The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay was better than expected. To be clear, this is not a 5 Star hotel but for the type of hotel/ motel, it was excellent…. a 5 star experience. The staff was exceptional and the room was super clean. The unit we stayed in appeared to be newly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of everything downtown so that was a bonus! The breakfast was a typical continental style. We would stay here again!”

“Very clean and quiet.”
