"The location was very close to a metro station and was good walking distance to the spots near by. If your looking for luxury this is not it but it’s perfect if your just looking for a place to stay that’s not gross and that you can be comfortable in."
"This is the place to stay! Montmartre is a beautiful, happening area, and Yuna is in the perfect location within it. You are connected to virtually any shop, service, or restaurant within walking distance, and if you are okay with hills and a little distance, you can pretty easily get to The Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe (just wear good walking shoes!). Sacre Coeur is mere blocks away---take it slow on all the steps, and if you go at night, admission is free inside the cathedral! You can also walk up to this area and see the sparkling Eiffel Tower for the first 5 minutes of every hour after sunset.
Take advantage of the breakfast basket if you like croissants and baguettes, such a charming amenity that fed us throughout the day. The room itself was lovely, very large, and very clean. The staff were always friendly and willing to help out when asked. Yuna really made our stay amazing; we plan to return again and stay there! "
"When we arrived at Hotel Le Chat with our 17 year old, we were shocked. The hotel entrance sits next to XXX adult stores. The elevator sounded as if it hadn’t been maintenanced in years. The man at the front desk seemed agitated to have to deal with anyone. We booked two rooms. When we entered the room it was dark, small and smelled horrible as if the toilet was broken. I began looking at reviews on other sites and saw recent reviews of theft of a watch by hotel staff and that was enough for me to book another hotel and leave immediately. When I attempted to check out and explained the room was not as described. He told me have Expedia call me. It has been over a week and hotels.com said they have received no response. I never write reviews but after my experience I felt compelled to do so. I hope my review prevents someone from having the horrible experience at Hotel Le Chat Noir that we had. "
"The room was cleaned but needs a lot of maintenance. Shower panel doesn’t close fully so water goes out. Mattress is uncomfortable and room is really really tiny. Good if you just want a sleep while you’re exploring Paris.
Whole building needs a lot of maintenance. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. "
"it was in a calm neighborhood. there is a good amount of coffee shops and bread places near by. the staff is like somewhat nice but rude. one thing is they enter the room without knocking and are so persistent about house keeping. everyday they came in, saw we were sleeping so they closed the door the they would knock 10 min later and then we would say no thank you we r good then 30 min later they called again to ask if we wanted it. so we could barely ever sleep in and relax "
