The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel welcome—offering a warm greeting, a complimentary drink, and even helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "The rooms were so well equipped, they have thought of everything. The sofa bed in the living room has a proper mattress and is very comfortable. Staff and amenities great! Free tea/coffee from the breakfast room each morning even if you aren't paying for breakfast which is a lovely touch. Location perfect, metro close, some beautiful places to eat and the famous moulin rouge just around the corner. Travelled with my mum and my two daughters ages 18 and 21. Best city break! "Exceptional! Lovely welcome from helpful desk staff, newly-refurbished room with bath + shower and gorgeous L'Occitane toiletries. Complementary hot and soft drinks during the evening. Comfortable bed and bedding. Plenty of USB chargers in the room. Lift to all floors. Great location convenient for Blanche metro (line 2) and just a short walk to the Montmatre village, artists and viewpoint. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Beautiful place close tot central Paris. Very easy access to public transportation from the hotel and lots of great restaurants and shops around the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely a small room but perfect for 1 or even 2 people."

"Van Gogh room at the top was amazing. Well decorated. Kitchen was great. Microwave, kettle and toaster. AC available. Doyble bed in aeparate bedroon plus a double sofa bed which was huge and so comfy. Next to the Boheme restaraunt and loads of shops and restaraunts. Ten muns walk down to Abessess Metro and 2mins from the Musee Monmatre."
