"Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."

"Excellent apartment in a fun location (though a dingy street) with easy access to two metro stations. Tons of restaurants nearby and great gelato at Amarino. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine was a plus, and two bathrooms are a rare perk. Note, though, that the toilet is in a little room by itself (in the French tradition) with no sink, so you have to leave that room and go to a shower room to wash your hands. The addition of a small stand or even a chair in the bedrooms for opening a suitcase would be a nice thing to provide for future guests."

"On the plus side, the staff were very helpful during check-in. The process of storing our luggage on arrival and departure was straightforward, and staff were consistently helpful, efficient, and courteous throughout our stay. We opted for breakfast, which was satisfactory, although the fruit selection was limited, consisting only of oranges and kiwi. While I did not try the eggs or bacon, the pastries and croissants were excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations of a 4-star property. In my view, it was more comparable to a very good 3-star hotel. The main reason for this assessment was that the air conditioning in my fourth-floor room was not functioning. Rather than offering to move me to another room or repairing the issue promptly, the hotel provided a fan and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. Given that temperatures in Paris were around 30°C both during the day and at night, this was an issue. It was apparent that the hotel's air conditioning system was under considerable strain. I appreciate that the building is older and that the weather conditions were unusually hot, but I would still have expected a more 4-star response. While the staff apologised, supplied a fan, and offered free breakfast, there was no offer to move me to another room, nor any explanation as to why this wasn’t offered. Ultimately, I paid for a 4-star hotel experience but received accommodation that fell below the standard I would reasonably expect."

"We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one."

"The only positive was that the desk agent helped us carry bags up 4 flights of stairs because there is no lift. The entire place was dirty, the shower in the room had someone else’s hair in it still Signs of bed bugs Shelf was hanging off the wall. There were syringes and medical waste on the window ledge outside the room. The shared toilet didn’t flush properly so it wasn’t clean. I’ve seen better conditions in documentaries about labour camps. This place should be avoided. We left and booked another hotel somewhere else and the hotel refused to refund. Their business model is very much based on leveraging non refundable rates. Book if you have a good credit card company that you can dispute the charge through. Travelocity support couldn’t help either. Lesson learned."
