"There is nothing “magnificent” about this place. - - The room is bright 24/7 due to bright street lights and very poorly fitted window coverings.
- There is no room for luggage with an old hot tub in the middle of the room that looks much better in the pictures.
- The bathroom itself is only usable for a very small person who uses no toiletries. No room anywhere. The shower is tiny and it does not drain. (Gross!)
- The windows don’t open and there are no vents so the air quality is less than...

"The staff was exceptional and property was immaculate. Close walking distance to Monmarte and Galleries Lafayette. If you’re looking to stay in the 9th, this is a great choice. Steps from Maison Louvard and Le Bon Georges as well. My room was perfect with a small balcony to wake up to. Would stay again!"

"I chose this hotel for a cheap, basic one nights stay close to the Gare du Nord.
I was completely satisfied, it was about a 10 minute walk from the station. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and basic and perfect for my requirements.
Continental Breakfast was included in my room rate and again was no frills but more than adequate.
I would stay here again."
