“The short-haired male receptionist wearing glasses!! I wonder if he is one of the family members of the hotel owner. He is very consistent with his arrogance and unkindness. Watch him out. He doesn't mind fighting with the customers if any of them claims about something. This hotel is a pretty, unique butique hotel. But it's showing its age and is not worth the money considering the quality of the room and the service. Even the spa was disappointing. I strongly recommend you to choose...

“Had a lovely stay here for my birthday weekend and was welcomed with a kind note and a box of chocolates in my room. Room and beds were clean, as was the bathroom and the provided products felt great and luxurious. Was happy to find out free water and refills came with the booking which is quite rare nowadays. Great location as well, close to several metro stations and grocery stores, cafes etc. Huge thanks to the front desk staff as well for being accomodating and overall a wonderful stay.”
