"The breakfast was nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot tub/pool didn’t open until 3oclock and that was already way past check out time so if you missed it the night before you don’t get a second chance in the morning. A mortuary is next door so if you have a problem with that then you might not want to stay there. "

"We so wanted to love this hotel, and while it was great in many ways, it also fell short in some. Staff was great, especially Roy at check-in and the Chef at breakfast. Downsides: Hot water ran out at a critical moment when trying to take a shower. Evidently this is a common complaint. Be aware… Also, the advertised indoor pool would have been fantastic - except that it isn’t heated, thus cold as can be. We skipped that. The hotel is right next to I-101 and while the windows are great, there is a bit of ambient noise during the night. Not much. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful, nice and modern, with beautiful furnishings. It is a mere 6 min to Healdsburg and close to other nearby towns. Affordable for sure! "
