The hotel was basic, but quiet, comfortable, and close to dining and shopping options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had two comfortable double beds, a small table with two chairs, tv, microwave, mini fridge, and several cube drawers for clothes and such. Temperatures in August were 55-65 degrees so we kept the windows open most of the time. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Very nice little lodge and it’s located cross road of ocean in route 1, easy walk to restaurant and cafe , cozy room with nice electric firewall , check in is easy and smooth , great choice if you want to reflex in a small ocean town.

Love staying at the country inn it’s the only motel I have ever stayed in where when you walk in the office they offer you a cold beer for free from the mini fridge my kinda place.The view is nice the rooms are clean and nicely set up and it’s easy acces definitely recommend staying there if your in gualala

Wanted a quiet getaway for my partners birthday. We had never been to Gualala and this property was perfectly located to walk anywhere we needed to go. The rooms have a fridge, microwave, cute little fireplace and bistro table and chairs. The view was fantastic. The property was quiet and clean. Perfect for our getaway.

The room was clean and the management very friendly. The late check in worked perfectly. There is a nice sunset walk cross the road along the cliffs. The hotel and rooms are dated and the matress was too soft for my taste.
