“We enjoyed the easy access to the casino, we enjoyed the pool, the service is excellent and everyone is very attentive. We arrived earlier than check in and our rooms were surprisingly ready earlier than we expected which was so convenient with our kids and family . ”
“We had a late check in and the young gentleman that checked us in at midnight was outstanding. I can honestly say he was the nicest, informative and upbeat front desk person I have encountered. The breakfast was great staff cleaned tables and restocked food. Everyone was very nice. ”
“Second time staying here, and it’s historic (built by Ricky and Lucille Ball), quiet, and clean. They have a lounge that has entertainment, but I haven’t been able to see a show there yet. The only thing I don’t like is their beds. They’re ok but too soft for me.”
