“What a disappointment. We have stayed at La Quinta many times, but this hotel was a dump. We ended up in a bottom room that was supposed to be oceanfront, but all we saw out our window was a berm of grass and weeds. It also was where people walked their dogs. The walk to the beach had all kinds of trash and garbage. The beach was nasty. We ended up being put at the end of a hall which overlooked the hotel next-door who was having a motorcycle convention. “The property is clean and in a safe location. The staff were all totally lovely. Parking was easy. However, beds are very firm, as in hard. And I wouldn’t call the pillows pillows. If a comfortable pillow is something you need for sleeping, bring your own if you can. Street noise was definitely an issue. We did have an outside room which I’m sure plays into that. Upon arrival, there was a very bad smell on our floor, but it was taken care of.”

They knew no customer was going to be happy but the bed sheets is not acceptable Horrible hotel”

“Me and my wife booked through Expedia looking for an affordable hotel just to sleep for the night and wake up to go to the beach in the A.M. We ended up arriving at around 12am and had a message from the owner with information about the property and the code to the lockbox with the key. Gaining access to the room was easy and convenient. “We only stayed one night and wish it could have been longer. Older building, but so spacious and clean. We had an unobstructed view of the beach from our windows and from the patio. Woke up to watch the sunrise with coffee in hand😃”

“This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!”
