“I was quite upset with my recent spa treatment at Durant Casino. The hot tub was not working, which was a major reason I booked the spa experience in the first place. Had I known this amenity would be unavailable, I may have reconsidered my visit. I feel the experience did not meet expectations, and I was disappointed that this issue was not communicated beforehand.”

“There was no breakfast left at 9:15. Myself and others waited for it to be restocked and at 10:00 there was still no breakfast. We left and ate else where. Desk clerk at check in was super helpful. The morning staff was terrible.”

“No water in the hot tub. So wanted to make use of it.”
