“시설이 너무 안좋아요 3일동안 2일을 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못했습니다 청소는 3일동안 한번해주었습니다 수영장은 너무 빨리끝난다 금고는 처음부터 문이 잠겨있어 사용을 못했다 전반적으로 직원은 친절하지만 모든 시설은 열악하다 아마도 3박 4일중 우리에게 2박은 다시 투숙하게 해주어야할것이다”

“The pool and view are awesome. Sadly, this hotel clearly has slid into disrepair. There were at least 30 mosaic tiles loose on the shower floor--one cut my foot. The walls looked like a 12 year old did the painting--so much paint on the beautiful tiles, ceiling, door trim. Doing a nice job on the paint would have cost almost nothing, so sad! Hundreds of tiny ants crawling around the porch slider. Electricity out both nights. Second night from midnight to after 10 am--so no ac, running...

“Small and clean. No pool. Beach is rocky and not good for swimming.”

“When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

“Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.”

“the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“It’s a fairly cheap place; it’s right on the beach; and it’s just a few minutes off the pan-American highway. If you are traveling through and need a cheap convenient place to rest your head, this is it. The staff is kind and genuinely want to help you. Breakfast (patacones, fried Panamanian tortilla, eggs, sliced cheese) was included in my room rate - it was surprisingly decent. That said, you get what you pay for so don’t expect anything fancy. The property is old and quite dated. The...

“Everthing were amazing. I will comeback every time I could. Just one thing to say. I know the bookings in USA and Europe are in a different way. But here in Panama we use WhatsApp a lot so just improve that. But the site is wonderful. A 💎.”

“What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Breakfast is included and is the only meal served daily. Definitely try El Parque restaurant in San Carlos. Delicious and inexpensive. Being a small lodge on the ocean makes it special. FYI: No TV, no fridge, no microwave in my room but an awesome ocean view, a...

“La piscina estaba verde. La infraestructura tienen tiempo que no la pintan. El cuarto y el baño muy limpio. La TV no servía.”

“There was no AC in the room. There was a unit but it was not running. I explained this to the staff and they did nothing. The same with the guests next door blaring jazz music all night long. The staff did not even come to the room to address the issue. I was to have had a six night stay but checked out the very next morning. I will not be returning.”
