Property is in a good location to do almost anything in CO. However very dirty and lack luster service. (Hair in bed, tub wasn’t drained from previous guest). Plus charged a 100$ hold that did charge my bank acct without giving it back.

I like that close to the garden of the god.. but the bathroom is kinna molded on the tub ring and the tub looks like someone just put a piece of cut off materials to fixed it. Looks like paper towel.. the owner should try a little bit harder to make it look cleaner.. oh my.. we didnt slept well. You can hear aything outside the room.

We were dosed to check-in at 3 and they still didn't have a room for us, we didn't get checked in until almost 6pm after a very long drive. I called the night hehe to make sure they had a pool and they said yes, of course. Yet when we checked in, is was closed and the pool stayed covered they said it wasn't working. And, when we complained they told us we can just cancel the hotel then. Like where the hell else were we supposed to go last minute!? Ww had 4 guests for our reservation and they gave us 2 towels with a smaller towel to use. Then when we asked for me they said bring us 2 n we'll give you 2 new ones but, that's all they had... definitely will never stay here again or recommend it to friends or family.

Room was damp and smelled mildewy, there was no hot water when we needed to shower, no ice available. The continental breakfast was non existent. I was harassed about parking, charged a deposit twice. The parking lot had groups of homeless panhandling, have never had such a terrible stay with Laquinta. We would like a refund!
