"We booked a suite and the connecting room was perfect for our needs. We didn’t use the pool but the fire pit by the water was enjoyable. The location is walkable to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast bar was well stocked and very clean. There were a variety of food options for light fare or filling breakfast. Cookies were available at check in which I thought was a nice touch. There were bikes onsite for guest use and they appeared well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our private balcony next to the river and watched the paddle boats and wildlife. Both of our rooms had balconies which allowed us to relax outside while still providing privacy for our daughter. The suite was perfect for families and could easily extend into additional connecting rooms as well. Great price and a comfortable stay."

"You can see the Tillamook light house. They should not say they are a resort as the only serve dinners and other amenities Wed-Sat. It was very disappointing, especially since they were sold out."

While I truly appreciated the beautiful view, which was absolutely stunning and a highlight of my visit, I did encounter a few concerns during my stay. The furniture appeared to be quite old and unfortunately emitted an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the carpet had a noticeable smell that was somewhat off-putting. The bathrooms were very small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Lastly, there was no extra storage available for personal belongings, which was inconvenient. I wanted to share these observations to help improve the overall experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and again, I must emphasize how much I loved the view. "⭐ 1 Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my stay and I definitely feel a refund is appropriate. We paid full price, but the hot tub was not available, which was one of the main amenities we expected to use. There was no proper price adjustment, no meaningful solution, and no real accountability for charging full price when advertised amenities were not available. On top of that, the room lights were flickering, which made the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. There was also constant noise from people running around upstairs, making it very hard to relax or enjoy the stay. For what this hotel charges, this was absolutely not worth it. No working hot tub, flickering lights, poor noise control, and still charged full price. That is unacceptable. I would like the hotel to make this right with a refund or meaningful compensation. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again unless management takes these issues seriously."
