Pros: Easy check-in, polite staff. The room was clean and comfortable, bed and linens felt good. Plenty of high pressure hot water. Cons: Entery is only through the lobby so it was a bit of a walk from the pretty full parking lot. Breakfast was just OK, no protein, a little eggs and sausage would've been nice. When the room rate approaches $150 in a small town location I'd hope to see more.

I stayed for a week. The room wasn't the best but the beds and bathroom was clean. The room rug was torn in certain places and the curtains were stained and had small holes. It was barely and ok overall. The continental breakfast was good. I did have very loud neighbors in other rooms during one night. It was a bit scary but they left the next morning. The staff was nice and in general the hotel was clean.

At check in, the front desk agent said our room number aloud instead of just pointing out where it was written on the key card folder. I let it go at the time and just went to the room since there had been nobody else in the lobby during our later night check in. When I opened the luggage rack to put my suitcase on it, a dried, crusted boxed macaroni and cheese noodle fell out. Other than those things, the room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our quick trip. The hot and fresh waffle maker was a pleasant surprise at breakfast and the rest of the spread was plentiful. I do agree with other reviews that state that the parking lot is terrible, but it was what we needed and I will likely be booking again as we will be back in the area time and again while our kid goes to school there.

It was old, expensive and not very clean. There was a wash rag still in the shower from the previous guest and half used shampoo. The bed was clean. We stayed on a game day weekend and the cost was over 400 per night and it was dirty. I didn’t take my socks off.

Pleasant stay

We did an online reservation and check-in was efficient. It was nice that the woman at the counter was friendly as she was taking care of several guests at the same time. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Even has an elevator to the 2nd floor which several hotels this age do not.
