Person at desk not very friendly. They are the first impression of the hotel. Breakfast out of some items. Room was good. We were here 9 years prior It was better then.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel was clean our room was clean. It just appears that the hotel is somewhat worn like maybe it was a different branded hotel before at one level of quality that’s been rebranded without fully remodeling. The furniture showed a lot of wear. There was a whole worn in one of the chairs in the room and furniture was heavily scuffed. I would definitely put this in the lower of the mid scale economies definitely below Holiday Inn express or Hampton Inn, but still better than any days and I stayed in and well above super Motel 6. Still in midscale economy just below other midscale.

Mostly great, some areas for improvement

We stayed here for five nights. It is a great value. Pros- Very clean, responsive staff, clean pool, spotless common areas. Cons ( and way a 4 instead of a 5 star rating) Breakfast was very limited and the same everyday, the bathroom was very small, the tub was high walled and narrow

We were here to attend a friend's funeral visitation and dinner with the family, stay overnight and go to the funeral, graveside service and luncheon.All bases covered for the breakfast, comfortable bed and nice shower.

Upon arrival, the gentleman who checked me in was not hospitable. No smile, no additional info like: where the elevators are, or when is breakfast, or how do I get to my room. When I asked for sheets for the pull out bed in the sofa, he begrudgingly got two sheets “we don’t have blankets for those.” Why does the room state it can sleep 4 people if you only offer bedding for one bed?! The walls looked grungy but everything else seemed clean. Now, on the flip side, the morning crew- fabulous group of ladies! Constantly keeping the breakfast hot and fresh, wiping down tables and counters and a overall kind personalities. Thank you for making what was a rough first hotel stay for my son a little bit less shocking.

The staff was helpful and actually allowed me to check in about 15 minutes early. However, the room they gave me first was not ready as there were no sheets on the bed and the air conditioner was unplugged. After I went back to the front, they gave me another room. I went to take a shower and there was no body wash or shampoo provided. It turns out that the dispenser was missing from the shower. The hotel room was okay although there were cracks in the ceiling. I went to the swimming pool and hot tub area. The pool was good although there was no heat in the hot tub so the water was just slightly warmer than the pool. The breakfast was okay although the selection of food was very limited. There are no sidewalks in the area so plan to walk in the street if you want to walk anywhere. I was disappointed in this hotel as I thought a Quality Inn would be better than this one was.

The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast choices were wonderful especially with different dietary needs. The kitchen lady was happy doing her job and providing for the guests. The building was clean and quiet. Overall an excellent choice

The hotel is very run down and in need of serious updates. Our room was worn out — the shower leaked all night, the sheets were stained and filthy, and there was no outlet to plug in the coffee maker. The refrigerator didn’t work properly and had no way to adjust the temperature. Breakfast was below average and not worth it. On the plus side, the swimming and pool areas were clean, and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the room overshadowed the few positives. Would not stay here again unless major renovations are made.

First impressions were good. Bathroom had a towel that was still wet. Folded, and placed, but wet. Mattress was really soft (personal preference) so little sleep and soar the next morning. Staff friendly. Breakfast good.

Okay!

This hotel was pretty basic, the continental breakfast the only hot food they had was watery eggs and a sausage patty, for 130 dollars a night I thought the price was steep for what you get. The pool was small and cold and honestly I booked this hotel for a good breakfast and nice pool and it really wasn't. Otherwise the staff was extremely friendly and the room was fairly nice.

There are a lot of scary reviews about this hotel and at first I was worried, honestly it’s not true at all! The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean I only had one negative experience the entire time which was another guest having an argument with his girlfriend. But I reported it to hotel staff and immidialaty they took action to ensure a safe and quiet environment.

We made for a suite so we would have a jetted tub, the tub did not work. When we walked in our room we noticed that the smoke detector is hanging down from the ceiling. The pool water was super cold (but kids still loved it). The check-in women was very polite.
