This is a great place to stay! Two large bedrooms, full, well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, and snacks, large open common room, and beautiful porch. Street parking right out front and a great location make everything super convenient. Stay here!!

Inspired vibe that made it feel welcoming and relaxing. The location was a major plus — it’s right in Short North and within easy walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and local attractions. The hosts were also very responsive and communicated in a timely manner whenever we had questions. That said, there were a few downsides that impacted the experience. The check-in process took much longer than expected, which was frustrating after traveling. Additionally, several house rules and extra fees were not fully clear prior to booking. For example, we only learned after payment that only one guest was included and additional guests required extra fees. The security deposit and late checkout policies were also less favorable than anticipated. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, but I do think clearer communication about the rules and fees before booking would help set better expectations for future guests.

This spot was incredible. It's really unassuming from the street but once upstairs is just a rad as heck spot. Lots of space, very clean, great design. The auto communication can be a bit odd and feels spamming, but ultimately was that bad.
