“I checked in, viewed the room, and checked out immediately. The room smelled strongly of urine, and activity outside the property made me feel uncomfortable about safety. The front desk staff was short in communication and did not leave a positive impression. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel.”

“First the website never said anything about having to be 21+ so that was a problem bc I showed up and they weren’t trying to help after i’m literally hours from home. i figured things out and the smell once i walked in was already suspicious so we looked everywhere and then checked the sheets and found bed bugs. so i asked for a refund and didn’t get it until 3 days later and i was 285$ outta luck hours away from my home. would not recommend!”

“우선 호텔명이 red roof로 변경되어서 찾기 헷갈렸다. 또한 1층은 주차장과 바로 마주하고 있기 때문에 오전에 시끄러울 수 있다. 수영장은 많이 더럽다. 대체적으로 객실은 깨끗하나 이상한 냄새가 난다.”

“The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

“Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight”
