"The staff support is terrible. No hot water in the shower, they did not answer their WhatsApp. It used to be a better hotel, I think they changed the administration and Now is not good anymore."

"The rooms were perfectly clean every day but hotel rooms are a bit smaller than I expected. The pool was great but it’s also used by people who live nearby and they took up most of the pool to do laps so that was annoying. The service in the hotel restaurants is really slow but I think it’s because people order from all the restaurants which I found to be odd. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating especially with travel needs."
