Great place to stay in the city!! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. There was rain and many guests asked for umbrellas and the staff had a store they gave out. We had no issues checking in. The property felt safe and was in a perfect location. Right off of Times Square and near Broadway. Subway station within a few blocks. It is NYC, and we had a window room, so we heard city sounds all night. But didn’t hear our hotel neighbors. The elevators are snug and the stairs are steep, but this was expected in the city. We had amazing water pressure and a spacious shower. Good AC too, we came on a record high day. We did have a window unit, but it was more than adequate to cool our room. But the blinds do have to be cracked to allow for the cool air to flow, this may be a problem for some. We spend most of our time exploring, so a clean and comfortable bed and a good shower is perfect for us. As parents we also felt safe and comfortable in the room and general area.

All staff were amazing, top tier customer service. The room was clean. The bathroom didn’t have exhaust fan. No complimentary toothbrush or toothpaste probably something you need to request. They didn’t have microwave either. Honestly, these were not complaints just little things that I didn’t mind at all. The hotel is located 2 mins from times square, it’s also close to the subway. Our room was quiet, we didn’t encounter any loud people or disturbance. Overall, I enjoyed our stay here. I would totally recommend and would definitely come back. The best part, mostly tourists so I didn’t have to encounter some privilege or entitled or mean american.

Amazing family friendly hotel. The Wilson restaurant is absolutely incredible. Couldn’t find a better location close to subway and shopping
